Will he choose the thumb or pacifier?

We allowed Connor to have a pacifier after he was born even though I was told not to do it for a few weeks due to the fact that I was breastfeeding and this along with bottles may confuse him...well, I went against what I was told and to our surprise, he had no problems at all. Anyways, the point I was getting at is that he took to the pacifier really well but it was just this evening that I found him with his thumb in his mouth. Now I wonder which one he will end up preferring in the end?!? I guess we will see...
